About me
I'm Alex Imbir, a web developer based in Romania. For more than ten years I have been building and maintaining web platforms: from brochure sites to marketplaces handling tens of thousands of monthly transactions.
I like working on real products with real users. That means clean code, but also attention to conversion, speed, support and everything that keeps a product alive after launch.
When I'm not writing code, I'm probably reading about products, trying new tools or fixing whatever broke on a server overnight.

How I work
Understand the problem
We discuss what you want to achieve, who the users are and what constraints exist. No jargon, just concrete questions.
Build iteratively
I deliver working versions early and often, so you see progress and we adjust along the way.
Launch and maintain
Launch is only the beginning. I monitor, optimize and stay around when new needs come up.
